Cold Wet Nose - Joey gets a massage!

My husband and I were both jealous as our dog, Joey, got a massage on Saturday. Suzanne, owner of Cold Wet Nose Animal Massage, and my good friend, was at the Botanical Gardens Reindog event donating a portion of her services to benefit the Humane Society. Isn't Joey so beautiful?! He seemed to really enjoy it.

Angelina & Brad...uh, I mean Kasandra & Ryan

Is that Angelina & Brad and is it 1940? I loved Kasandra and Ryan's theme complete with old cars, 40s hair, hats, outfits, and even swing music and dancing. The guests also came dressed in theme. Kas and Ryan are very sweet together as you can see from their photos. They even sang to each other at the end of the night.

Shannon & Chris

Shannon & Chris got married at the best wedding venue in Tucson! Well, perhaps I'm biased since it is where I got married 2 years ago. They are a very sweet couple and had a beautiful wedding. The dance floor was packed all night with everyone from grandma to the flower girl. Congratulations, Shannon & Chris!

Jill, Jason, and Jaggar

Jill, Jason, and Jaggar had a great time playing at the park on the swings, slides, and just dancing. Jason and Jill are enthusiastic and adorable parents and enjoyed laughing with Jaggar. He was shy at first, but warmed up later, enabling me to get some great close-ups of his big blue eyes.

Leah & Skylar - a gift for mom

Leah and her brother, Skylar, gave these images to their mom for her birthday. What a very thoughtful idea! These two are such a beautiful pair; I'm sure mom will love her gift!

Ashley & Josh

Ashley & Josh's wedding was all about the bling! I loved the crystals hanging from the trees outside, and also from the ceiling inside. It was the most incredible decoration I've seen! Her shoes were no exception. Ashley glued each individual stone onto her shoes. Incredible! Right before the ceremony began, it was sprinkling. We were worried, but it stopped just in time and left a beautiful rainbow. Magic!

Tapas!!

So, I'm really behind on blogging! I am blogging backwards to catch up on everything I missed in the last couple of months.... In July, my husband and I went to visit his family in Germany and we took a side trip to Barcelona. It was wonderful to see his family after almost two years since our last visit. Spain was so beautiful. We saw so much incredible art including several of Gaudi's buildings, the Miro museum, and the Dali museum (so wonderfully eccentric and just plain cool)!

Darlene & Nick

I loved this location with the beautiful spiral staircases and views. Darlene wore purple embroidered tennis shoes for the reception and a U of A garter! Very cute. Congratulations, Darlene & Nick!

Shannon & Chris' engagement

Shannon, Chris, and I had a great time doing this shoot near the Tucson Museum of Art. They were both really easy going and nice to work with (and look how great they look). Check out Shannon's gorgeous hair! I'm looking forward to their November wedding, which will be held at the same place I got married almost 2 years ago! I may be biased, but I think they chose the best place in town :).
